Here's a random blogspam site being posted on Reddit:
It's called  I don't think it's a straight-up plagiarism site.  But the articles are still sloppily-written.  It's being spammed in /r/Futurology a lot, and the articles posted there have a slight tech and science-y bent.  Check out the opening paragraph of this post:

In 2016-2017, the overall mortality rate fell by 2.2%! That paragraph doesn't actually contain a link to any report, so anyone reading the article will feel slightly disoriented and not know why.
