BoomsReport.com -- Offline.  An archive from 2013 shows the homepage contained a gallery of news headlines.

BoomsUp.com -- Offline.  In 2013, the About page said: "Boomsup is a platform delivering fancy news on science, technology and entertainment."  The homepage in 2013 contained a gallery of news stories with tabs for "Tech," "Science," "Entertainment," "OMG," and "Offbeat."  There were points scores and 'thumbs up'/'thumbs down' buttons next to each story.

CoolAPic.com -- Offline.  This appeared to be a Pinterest-style site where people could share links.  The About page in 2016 said: "Coolapic is a social platform to share your cool photos, images and videos."

Deog.com -- This company provides branding, web design, packaging, and print design services.  The homepage shows the address 61 Broadway, New York, NY, 10006, and the phone number 646-493-3251.  The website's footer says: "Copyright © Deoworks 2005-2018 All rights reserved."  The New York entity "Deog Inc." was filed on November 12, 2015.  The Registered Agent is David Enwright.  The DOS Process Address is 61 Broadway, Suite 800, New York, NY, 10006.   

Deographics.com --  The site appears to be offline.  Archives show Deographics specialized in designing websites.  The Contact page in July, 2010 showed two U.S. addresses: 643 Mission Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA, 94105 (415-348-9200 / 415-398-3802), and 22 Cortlandt Street, 21st Floor, New York, NY, 10007 (646-420-4104).  The Contact page in August, 2011, showed the e-mail addresses diana@deographics.com and michaellee@deographics.com.  The Contact page in December, 2011, showed the address 33 Whitehall Street, Level 7, New York, NY, 10004, along with the phone number 415-374-0436 (for the San Francisco office) and the e-mail address info@deoworks.com (also for the San Francisco office).  The Contact page in February, 2012, showed the addresses 391 Sutter Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94108 (415-691-9550) and 1 East Erie Street, Suite 200, Chicago, IL, 60611 (312-933-3702).  The Contact page in September, 2013, showed the address 33 Whitehall Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY, 10004 (646-494-2432).  The Contact page in February, 2014, showed the address 27 Maiden Lane, Suite 700, San Francisco, CA, 94108 (415-234-3018).  The Contact page in April, 2014, showed four addresses:  48 Wall Street, 11th Floor, New York, NY, 10005, 49 Powell Street, Suite 400, San Francisco, CA, 94102, and 30 North Michigan Ave, Suite 629, Chicago, IL, 60602. and 801 S. Deoworks.com -- The About page says: "Deoworks is a full-service trade show exhibits and branding company."  The Contact page shows nine addresses worldwide.  The first address listed is 2549 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY, 12522 (646-493-3251).

EveryMarket.com -- An online shopping portal, selling household items like wine glasses, bed frames, hair brushes and sound speakers.  The New York entity "Everymarket Inc." was registered on April 15, 2014.  The CEO is Hyourggun Kwon, and the entity's address is 535 Fifth Avenue, 4th Floor, New York, NY, 10017.  The California entity "Everymarket Inc" was registered on March 1, 2016.  Its jurisdiction is in New York.  The paperwork from 2016 said the CEO was David Enwright, and the entity's address was 61 Broadway, Room 800, New York, NY, 10004.  The paperwork from 2017 said the CEO is Hyounggun Kwon, and the updated address is 535 Fifth Avenue, 4th Floor, New York, NY, 10017. 

FortisBusinessCenter.com -- Offline.  In 2010, the site was advertising "virtual office" services.  The footer said: "Copyright © 2010 Fortis Business Center by Oikos Networks Inc."  The New York entity "Fortis Business Center Inc." was filed on December 29, 2011.  Its CEO is Jungmi Lee.  Its DOS Process Address is 33 Whitehall Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY, 10004.

FortisCenter.com -- The URL now redirects to FortisGroup.com.  In 2010, the Contact page showed the address 22 Cortlandt Street, New York, NY, 10007, and the phone number 646-462-4000.

FortisGroup.com -- The About page says: "Fortis Group is a strategic partner and a global network of promising startups focused on business growth and changing the world."  In January, 2014, the homepage showed the address 111 Wall Street, New York, NY.  In May, 2014, the homepage showed the address 33 Whitehall, 9th floor, New York, NY, 10004.  In 2015, the homepage showed the address 61 Broadway, 8th Floor, New York, NY, 10006.  In 2016, the homepage showed the address 33 Whitehall Street, 8th Floor, New York, NY, 10004.  The current homepage shows the address 61 Broadway, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10006.

GNChef.com -- Offline.  This was an online vendor which sold kitchen products.  From 2014 to 2016, the featured product on its homepage was a "Spiral Slicer." The California entity GNChef was filed on January 16, 2015.  The entity address was 235 Montgomery St, Suite 350, San Francisco, CA, 94104.  Its status is "Dissolved."


GNMart.com -- An online vendor selling herb, supplements, and other health products.  The Contact page shows the the phone number 845-350-2657.  The New York entity GNMart LLC was filed on August 7, 2015.  The DOS process address is 61 Broadway, Floor 1, Suite A, New York, NY, 10006.

IBPort.com -- An online shopping portal.  A Contact page from 2016 showed three addresses in the U.S., as well as a dozen addresses overseas.  The U.S.addresses were: 235 Montgomery St. Ste 350, San Francisco, CA (415-291-8811), 501 Broad Avenue, #13, Ridgefield, NJ (201-943-7045), and 61 Broadway, Suite 800, New York, NY 10005 (646-661-1786).  The California entity "IBPort Inc" was incorporated on March 8, 2012.  The incorporator was Jonathan Yejun Park.

IBSpot.com -- Offline.  Archives show IBSpot offered a variety of web services, including designing, branding, custom software development, SEO, and marketing.  The New York entity "IBSpot Inc" was created on March 31, 2009.  Its DOS Process Address is: 61 Broadway, New York, New York, 10006.  The California entity "IBSPOT" was registered on August 1, 2007.  Its CEO was listed as Johnathan Davis.  Its address was listed as 88 Kearny Street, #1630.  Its status is "SOS/FTB SUSPENDED."

TrinityPl.com -- Homepage for the Trinity Place Department Store.  The store specializes in boutique fashion.  The store is located at 37 Trinity Place, New York, NY 10006.  The store's "global headquarters" is located at 61 Broadway, Fl 8, New York, NY 10006.  The store's phone number is 646-201-5484.

TrinityPlaces.com -- Redirects to TrinityPl.com.

VCPost.com -- This is a financial news site.  The name stand for Venture Capital Post.  The site's editor-in-chief is listed as Joel Bignell.  The top story on the homepage is from August, 2018.  The Contact page shows the address 61 Broadway, Room 800, New York, NY 10006.  In 2016, the Contact page showed the address 14 Wall Street, Floor 20, New York, NY 10004, and the phone number 917-720-5204.  In 2013, the Contact page was apparently showing the address and phone number for "IBInvestor Inc."  The address was 14 Wall Street, New York, NY, 10004, and the phone number was 212-225-6594.

Verecom.com -- Verecom provides web services.  The homepage has tabs for "E-Business Solutions," "Cloud Service," and "Advanced Technology."  Their location is 61 Broadway, Suite A., New York, NY 10006.  Their phone number is 475-218-8623.  The New York entity "Verecom Corporation" was filed on December 15, 2015.  Its registered agent is David Enwright.  Its DOS Processing Address is 61 Broadway, Room 800, New York, NY, 10006.  The California entity "Verecom Technologies" was registered on January 24, 2002.  Its status is "Dissolved."  In 2013, the the CEO was listed as Grace Jihee Yu, and both Hosea Zhang and David Enwright were listed as directors of the company.  In 2014, the CEO was listed as Sophia Jihee Zu, and Hailong Zhang was listed as the company's secretary.

A, Dover Plains, NY, 12522.  The current mailing address for Verelink is 201 Spear Street, Suite 1100, San Francisco, CA, 94105. 

VineCenter.com -- The homepage shows prices for virtual office services, such as mail and voice messaging.  The footer on the homepage says: "Copyright © 2011 Vine Business Center International. All Rights Reserved.  Oikos Networks Inc."  The Contact page shows the address 22 Cortlandt Street, New York, NY, 10007, and the phone number 646-462-4000.  "  

Vuuo.com -- Offline.  Vuuo is (or was) a video-hosting platform.  A Contact page from August, 2017, shows the address 61 Broadway, Suite 800, New York, NY, 10006.  The New York entity "Vuuo Inc." was created on August 25, 2015.  The Registered Agent is David Enwright.  The DOS Process Address is 33 Whitehall St., 9th Floor, New York, NY, 10004.

Today I'm only documenting one website:

1. CHESTERCO.com

On Monday, I noted how ChesterContracting.com redirects to ChesterCo.com.  Of all the websites included in Monday's list, this website stood out to me the most.  It isn't a news source, or an LLC, or an online vendor...

The Profile page on CHESTERCO.com says:

CHESTERCO celebrates over 25 years of excellence. Founded in 1988, CHESTERCO provides a wide range of general contracting and construction management services. 

There's an archived About page for ChesterContracting.com from January, 2013.  The contact address was 697 Lorimer Street, Brooklyn, NY, 11211.  The contact phone number was 718-384-6732.  

The company description said:

Chester Contracting Company was founded in 1988 and incorporated in 1994, the President and Chief Executive Officer is Chester Konarzewski. Mr. Konarzewski has been in the building and engineering trade since 1971 in Poland when he obtained an engineering degree. He personally interviews and tests all prospective employees to assure that they will be an asset to the company; he also oversees all of the construction projects to assure quality control of the workmanship and timely progress in the job schedule. His belief in maintaining the highest standard in job site safety has assured a clean and accident free record.

I checked the NYS corporate database, and indeed "Chester Contracting Corp." was registered on September 6, 1994.  Its status is "Active."  The company's CEO is Czeslaw Konarzewski, and the DOS Process address is 7 Broad St., Floor 2, Pawling, New York, 12564. 

The Contact page on CHESTERCO.com shows the same phone number from the ChesterContracting.com site, and it has two different physical addresses:  The "Upstate New York" address is 7 Broad St., Floor 2, Pawling, New York, 12564.  Then there's a "Recently Moved to" address, which is 2549 NY-22, Dover Plains, 12522.

So it certainly appears like "Chester Contracting Corp." and "CHESTERCO" are the same company.

The earliest Contact page on CHESTERCO.com, from August of 2014, shows the address 33 Whitehall Street, 9th floor, New York, NY 10004.  A Contact page from July, 2015, shows the address 77 Water Street, Floor 7, New York, NY 10005.  A Contact page from August, 2015, shows a slightly different address: 77 Water Street, Floor 7,8, New York, NY 10005.

28. iHomeSet.com -- The current homepage says "ihomeset.com is currently unavailable," and there's a graphic of a shop sign that reads: "We'll Be Back Soon."  A California corporation called "iHomeSet" was registered on September 8, 2014, and is still active.

30. iSpyer.com -- Offline.  Archived pages indicate this was an e-commerce site selling home goods like mugs and humidifiers.  Many products on iSpyer's homepage were from the "iHomeSet" brand--e.g. the "iHomeSet Magic Color Changing Morning Coffee Mug."  There is a California business named "iSpyer" which was registered on January 16, 2015, and dissolved on March 9, 2015.  The "Service of Process" agent was Jonathan Yejun Park, and the corporate address was 235 Montgomery St, Ste 350, San Francisco.

The Newsweek Network, part 14: Adprime Media

Adprime Media Inc. was registered in New York state on March 17, 2006.  The company was originally called Veremedia Inc., but switched to its current name on August 1, 2011.  The NYS Department of State website says "Michael Meon" is the company's CEO, but I think that might be a typo.  According to MyVisaJobs.com, the CEO of Adprime Media is "Michael Moon."

The company's homepage is:

1. AdprimeMedia.com -- The About page says: "Adprime Media operates several niche ad networks specializing in specific categories helping advertisers reach the right audiences."  The current Contact page shows office locations in New York, London, and Shanghai.  The New York address is 88 Pine St. 26th Floor, New York, NY 10005.  The phone number is 212-440-8200.  In December of 2016, the Contact page showed the address 33 Whitehall St., 8th Floor, New York, NY 10004.

Adprime Media has three verticals.  I already mentioned AdPrimeStar.com.  The other two are:

2. AdprimeHealth.com -- The About page says: "Adprime Health is one of the largest ad networks that target the health market online."  The homepage boasts of having 1,000 health sites in its network.  The Contact phone is 212-509-0550.

3. AdprimeTech.com -- The About page says: "Adprime tech is one of the largest ad networks that target the tech market online."  The Advertisers page boasts of having 300+ tech sites in its network, and of reaching 34MM monthly unique visitors.

Three domains have been registered to the email address "info@adprimemedia.com."  I already mentioned two of these—AdprimeAnalytics.com and AdprimeAnalytics.net.  The third domains is:

HealthAdnet.com -- Offline.  In June, 2012, Health Adnet changed its name to Adprime Health.  A press release at the time said: " Adprime Health now works with over 600 health relevant websites and reaches over 57 million unique visitors monthly."  The earliest Contact page shows the address 44 Wall Street, 20th Floor, New York, NY, 10005, and the phone number 212-785-3055.  

Between February and May of 2012, HealthAdnet.com used the Google Analytics Tag UA-9148264.  This tag was shared by five other domains.  I already mentioned two of them—AdprimeMedia.com and AdprimeHealth.com.  The others were:

5. AdprimeMedia.co.uk -- This is the homepage for the London office of Adprime Media.  The About page says Michael Moon is the company's CEO.

An About page from August, 2009, said: "Veremedia is an online ad sales rep firm and network that will give you a one-stop solution to your advertising needs....Veremedia also operates the largest niche ad network that targets the faith and family market online."  A Contact page from August, 2009, showed the address 44 Wall Street, 20th Floor, and the phone number  212-785-3055

The Newsweek Network, part 13: University Herald

Today, I'm focusing on one site:

1. UniversityHerald.com

The About page says: "University Herald started operating in 2011, aiming at serving as a news platform for US Universities, as well as numerous major universities worldwide."

The most-recent stories are from November, 2017, and are embedded with videos from Newsweek Media Group. 

The reason I'm focusing only on University Herald is because I noticed a particular Facebook post several months ago.  It came from the actual University Herald Facebook account.  In other words, somebody who had administrative control of the Facebook page made this comment:

The post was dated June 8, 2017.  It was deleted during the last few months, but I found a cache and made an archive here: http://archive.is/CrM3m.

I sent an e-mail around 10:00 A.M. this morning to editor@universityherald.com and media@universityherald.com, asking if someone could verify whether the Facebook post came from an employee (or ex-employee).  I also asked if the University Herald had fallen behind in paying their writers.  I haven't heard back.

The current Contact page for UniversityHerald.com shows the address 30 Broad Street, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10004.  Last December, the Contact page said advertising inquiries should be sent to ads@iqadnet.com.  Last September, the Contact page showed the address 10866 Wilshire Blvd. 4th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90024.  In March of 2016, the Contact page showed the address 33 Whitehall street, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10004.

The Newsweek Network, part 12: m.moon@adprimemedia.com

On Thursday, I noted that "AdRecipes.com" was part of the 33Networks portfolio. The domain AdRecipes.com is registered with the e-mail address "m.moon@adprimemedia.com."

A total of five domains have used that e-mail address:

3. AdPrimeMediaHealth.com -- Offline.  No archives.

5. AdRecipes.com -- Offline.  A "Publishers" page from 2013 said: "ADRECIPES is the largest food ad network reaching people seeking food services with a variety of display ad units, rich media, sponsorships and video solutions..." and it showed the phone number 212-509-0550.  A Contact page from 2013 showed the address 347 5th Avenue, #1402, New York, NY, 10016-5010, and the phone number 646-688-4860.

The Newsweek Network, part 11: 1ifg5bv5lcgr490o6ed5tp8olq

Yesterday, I noted the site "IQAdnet.com" was part of the 33Networks portfolio. The domain IQAdnet.com is registered with the e-mail address 1ifg5bv5lcgr490o6ed5tp8olq@domaindiscreet.com.

Four domains have used that e-mail address:

1. ChinaAdGateway.com --  The About section says: "China Ad Gateway is the premium advertising network company that serves advertisers targeting the fast-growing China market and publishers with quality contents and dedicated Chinese audience."  The company's address is 61 Broadway Street, Room 800, New York, NY 10006.  Their phone number is 646-688-3228.

2. ChinaAdGateway.net -- Offline.  No archives.

3. IQAdnet.com --  The About page says: "IQadnet has aggregated more than 300 sites together, reaching more than 73 million unique visitors per month globally."  Another page says China Ad Gateway is the "advertising brand" of IQAdnet.  The company's address is 33 Whitehall St, 9th floor, New York, 10004.  Their phone number is 646-688-5368.  I noticed a couple job listings on Chinese-language message boards; applicants were told to e-mail "nicole@iqadnet.com."  An entity called IQAdnet LLC was registered in New York state on August 5, 2014.  IQAdnet LLC has two LCA forms on MyVisaJobs, and Yooshin Park is listed as the company's president.

4. ITAdnet.com --  The homepage says: "iTADNET is a vertical ad network that focuses on the Tech industry. "  The homepage also mentions iTADNET "is a brand under AdConnects LLC."  The company's address is 33 Whitehall Street, 9th Floor, New York.  Their phone number is 646-688-3228.

The Newsweek network, part 10: 6b99k6io0ag1f88l5cc0nv1e3s

 On Monday, I listed several domains that were registered with the e-mail address info@musictimes.com.

Another domain, mstarsnews.com, is also part of Music Times—however, it's registered with the e-mail address 6b99k6io0ag1f88l5cc0nv1e3s@domaindiscreet.com.  There have been seven domains registered with that same e-mail address, and I believe there's some administrative overlap linking them together.  Here are the other six domains:

1. 33Networks.com -- Offline. An archived homepage from 2014 stated: "33 Networks operates several niche ad networks specializing in specific categories helping advertisers reach the right audiences."  The Portfolio in 2014 consisted of two sites:  AdRecipes.com and IQAdnet.com.  The company's contact address was 33 Whitehall Street, 7th Floor, New York.

2. Enstarnews.com -- Offline.  No archives.

3. EnstarsNews.com -- Redirects to Enstarz.com

4. FoodAdNet.com -- Offline.  There's an archived page geared towards Advertisers which begins: "Foodadnet is your stop to hundreds of the most popular food websites, allowing you to reach millions of users each month on a single network."  There's an archived page geared towards Publishers which shows the phone number 212-509-0550. An old Contact page shows the address 33 Whitehall Street, 9th Floor, New York.

5. MstarNews.com  -- Redirects to MstarsNews.MusicTimes.com.

The Newsweek network, part 9: Music Times

Music Times, LLC was formed in New York on January 30, 2013.  It was originally called "Music Connects, LLC," and it switched to its current name on July 1, 2013.  The DOS Process address is 305 Broadway, 7th Floor, New York, NY, 10007.

There are three Labor Condition Application forms on MyVisaJobs.com that were filed by Music Times, LLC.  The "Managing Director" is listed as Xiaoli Huang, and the "Place of Employment" is listed as 33 Whitehall Street, Fl 9. 

I didn't find anything on the main MusicTimes.com website to indicate whether the company is connected with IBTimes and Newsweek.  That being said, the articles on MusicTimes.com are embedded with videos from Newsweek Media Group.

Also, MusicTimes.com used a specific Google Analytics Tag from November, 2016 to September,  2017, and the same tag was used by others sites I've previously profiled, including HNGN.com, TechTimes.com and SportsWorldNews.com.

In August of 2013, there were seven domains registered to the e-mail address "info@musictimes.com."  They were:

1. Classicalite.com --  A news site about the classical arts.  No updates since December 31, 2016.

2. GetAClass.com -- Offline.  No archives available.

3. Hallels.com -- Recently updated.  The "About" page says "Hallels.com is a news website focusing on general entertainment, but especially with a niche in Christian music and Christian entertainment news."  The "Contact" page lists the address 141 Belle Forest Circle, Nashville, TN 37221.  The domain is currently registered with the e-mail address "domain@oikosnetworks.com."

4. Mstarz.com -- This used to be a standalone website, although it now redirects to MstarsNews.MusicTimes.com.  An archived version of the Mstarz "About" page from 2015 said:
"MStarsNews.com covers celebrities who use the spotlight to spread social good."

5. MusicConnects.com -- Defunct site.  It used to redirect to MusicTimesCo.com.

6. MusicTimes.com -- Recently updated.  The mailing address is "Music Times, LLC
305 Broadway 14th Floor."  The Music Times Facebook page has 35,000 followers.

7. MusicTimesCo.com -- Contains information about the different websites that make up Music Times Co.

Back in December of 2016, there was another domain using the same admin e-mail address as MusicTimes.com.  It was:

Claire Entertainment Inc. was registered in the state of New York on January 3, 2012.  The company's CEO is Julieta Mendoza, and her address is listed as 33 Whitehall St., 7th Floor.  The DOS Process address is 30 Broad Street, 14th Floor.   The company's homepage is:

1. ClaireEntertainment.com -- The About page says "Claire Entertainment Inc. is a growing online news content network that delivers entertainment news to an audience of more than 5 million people in the United States every month."

When I tried a Google search combining "Claire J. Mendoza" and "Johnathan Davis," there were zero results.  When I combined "Julieta Mendoza" and "Johnathan Davis," I found a document containing a copy of a provisional charter granted to Olivet Academy.  The document says, in part:

This Instrument Witnesseth That the Board of Regents for and on behalf of the Education Department of the State of New York at their meeting of October 27, 2015.

The Newsweek network, part 7: The 33 Universal Media Kit

33 Universal published a media kit in 2012.  The kit describes the various content verticals and advertising opportunities offered by 33 Universal.  I was a bit surprised to see MedicalDaily.com included in this media kit, since that site is now one of the pillars of Newsweek Media Group.  Below are the websites mentioned in the 2012 media kit which I haven't already profiled:

1. Enstarz.com -- Recently updated.  The About page says: "ENSTARS is a global entertainment news publication owned by Claire Entertainment, Inc., and based in New York City."  Articles are embedded with videos from Newsweek Media Group.

2. HomeNGardenNews.com -- Defunct site.

3. iTechPost.com -- The latest articles are from September, 2017.  The address on the Contact page is 61 Broadway, Room 800, New York, NY 10006.

4. KoreaPortal.com -- The Korea Portal homepage contains outgoing links to news articles.  The articles on the English-language homepage (www.en.koreaportal.com) have publication dates from November.

5. KPopStarz.com -- The latest articles are from November, 2017.

6. LatinosPortal.com  -- This looks like an attempt at providing an online news and community hub for Latinos in different cities.  (Similar to what Patch does.)  It doesn't appear to have succeeded.

7. PhotosNImages.com -- Defunct site

8. RealtyNewsToday.com -- Defunct site.

9. Yibada.com -- This is a media site that caters to the Chinese community.  I think there are different homepages depending on whether you visit "Yibada.com" or "en.Yibada.com."  The articles on the English homepage are about a month old, whereas the articles on the Chinese page have recent publication dates.

The Newsweek network, part 6: The 33 Universal sites

33 Universal is the publisher of a variety of niche-interest websites  The company has a very "Marketing 101" feel to it, because each property is aimed at a different demographic.  And the company homepage (33Universal.com) appeals directly to advertisers:

"Highly-Related Brands" 

"Serving Loyal Consumer Audiences" 

"Reach Targeted Visitors Using High Impact Units and More"

In a 2014 essay on Medium, Ben Reeves described his experience working at IBTimes, and he said IBTimes "acquired" 33 Universal back in 2012.  Reeves didn't go into detail about which brands were part of the 33 Universal portfolio.  He only mentioned that there were 19 brands.  Of course, I wanted to figure out which brands are (or were) part of the 33 Universal portfolio.

One strategy would have been to look at the domains that used "info@33universal.com" as their administrative or registrant contact address.  The drawback with that strategy is that it could result in false positives.  For instance, TechTimes.com (profiled in Part 1) used "info@33universal.com" as its admin e-mail address in early 2013, but I don't think the website officially launched until the fall of 2013, which was after Tech Times LLC was formed.  Another website that used "info@33universal.com" was ChesterCo.com, which is the homepage for a construction company in upstate New York.  Clearly, a construction company is not the same thing as a niche-interest news site.

Instead, I looked at archived pages of 33Universal.com and copied down the exact URLs from the "Properties" page as well as from the homepage.

Two of the sites were already mentioned in Part 2:  DesignNTrend.com and FashionNStyle.com (as part of Fashion Times LLC).  Another site was mentioned in Part 3:  Latinospost.com (as part of Latin Post Company LLC).

Here are the 21 others:

1. AutoWorldNews.com -- No updates since August, 2017.  The address on the Contact page is: One Hallidie Plaza, Suite 750, San Francisco.

2. BooksNReview.com -- The "Featured Articles" on the homepage are from December, 2016.  However, the site's archives are packed with hundreds of posts from 2017 containing Amazon links.

3. CounselHeal.com -- No updates since August, 2017.  Articles are embedded with videos from Newsweek Media Group.  The address on the Contact page is 30 Broad Street,14th Floor.

4. FoodNRecipe.com  -- The articles on the homepage are from September, 2012.  The address on the Contact page is: 7 Hanover Square, 6th Floor, New York.

5. FoodWorldNews.com -- Articles on the homepage are from May, 2016, however the archives contain SEO articles on various topics.  The articles on FoodWorldNews.com are embedded with videos from Vuuo, which is a video-hosting platform created in 2015.  When I checked these sites last month, every single "Vuuo" video played a short ad for Joy, the 2015 movie starring Jennifer Lawrence.  It was like entering a time warp.  But as of yesterday, the Vuuo boxes were glitching, and they all showed a static screenshot from Selena Gomez's music video "Bad Liar."

6. FranchiseHerald.com -- Articles on the homepage are from February, 2017, and they are embedded with Vuuo boxes.  The address on the contact page is: 1133 Broadway, New York.  Franchise Herald is partners with Uwannit, which is a commerce site filled with links to Amazon.com products.  The archives section contains a bunch of SEO articles.     

7. GamenGuide.com -- No updates since August, 2017.  Articles are embedded with videos from Newsweek Media Group.  The address on the Contact page is: 115 E 57th Street, 11th Floor, New York City.

8. HNGN.com -- No updates since August, 2017.  Articles are embedded with videos from Newsweek Media Group.  The address on the About page is: 40 Wall Street, Flr 28, New York.

The Newsweek network, Part 5: Winavo and Bizu

Here are some IBT Media sites that are no longer functioning, although they can still be viewed in archived form:

Winavo.com was a tech site, and archived pages show the latest posts were made in March, 2014.  The About page said:

Winavo is a technology blog dedicated to the latest PC news, product launches and the intersection of all Microsoft platforms. We aim to provide the latest information about Windows 8 smartphones and tablets. We also cover the latest Xbox and Xbox Live news.

The header had links to DroidReport and MacRage, so it appears Winavo formed a trio of tech sites for IBT Media:

An old Contact page lists four editors and reporters:  Michael Nunez, Heriberto “Lobo” Rivera, Jordan Mammo, and Eric Chiu.  For some reason, the same four names appear on the Contact page for NatureTimes.com, which was a bit confusing when I first stumbled onto it.

Bizu.tv was dedicated to streams of business videos.  An archived page from April 4, 2015, says:

CruxialCIO.com is another news site with "2017 IBT MEDIA INC" in its footer.  The About page shows the address "7 Hanover Square, Fifth Floor, New York, New York."

The most recent stories on CruxialCIO.com are from September, 2015.  Here is the site's description:

CruxialCIO is a service for top business and technology leaders worldwide, delivering ongoing professional education in the form of practical information, analysis and advice on how to best use information systems to achieve organizational goals.

I had noticed last week that there were lots of websites beginning with "cruxial" using the administrative e-mail "domains@IBTimes.com," although none of them were active—e.g. CruxialSales.com and CruxialCMO.com.  

The CruxialCIO.com domain is registered to Perfect Privacy, LLC.  The admin e-mail address consists of a random string of numbers and letters, followed by "@domaindiscreet.com."  However, the same e-mail address is assigned to nine other domains:  CrucialCFO.com, IBTMediaCorp.com, CrucialCEO.com, CruxialManufacturing.com, CrucialRisk.com, CruxialRisk.com, CruxialPharma.com, CruxialHealth.com, CrucialCIO.com, CruxialCIO.com.  

None of those additional domains are active.  According to Whoisology, the CruxialCIO.com domain is set to expire on September 9, 2017, and I'm curious to see what happens in the next couple days.  Will the registration lapse, or is there somebody keeping tabs who will renew the domain?  

The Newsweek network, part 3: The Latin Post Company

Latin Post Company LLC was incorporated on December 31, 2012.  It was originally called Latinos Media Group LLC, then switched to Latino Post Company LLC in 2013 before switching to the current name in 2014.

In 2015 and 2016, Latin Post Company LLC submitted six applications for H1B visas, and those forms can be viewed on MyVisaJobs.com.  The "Employer Point of Contact" on each form was "Johnathan Davis," and his title was "Publisher."  The employer's address was 33 Whitehall Street, Floor 9.

The Latin Post doesn't appear to be doing great these days, judging by this tweet from of one of their top editors, Michael Oleaga:

Months later I'll admit: It's disappointing Latin Post collapsed but not surprising. Great years of personal growth though.

Here are domains that appear to be part of the Latin Post Company:

1. LatinOne.com -- No updates since February, 2016.  The address in the Contact section is 2372 Morse Ave., Ste. 410 Irvince [sic], CA.  The About page says "LatinOne.com is a web property part of The Latin Post Company LLC based in New York City."

2. LatinoPost.com -- Redirects to LatinOne.com.

3. LatinosHealth.com -- No updates since April 27.  The Terms Of Service page says the material is provided by the Latin Post Company.  The Contact page shows the address "2372 Morse Ave., Ste. 410."

4. LatinosPost.com -- No updates since January, 2016.  Articles contain links to BoomsBeat.  The About page says "Latinos Post is part of the Latin Post Company LLC."  The Contact page shows the address "2372 Morse Ave., Ste. 410, Irvine, CA 92614."

5. LatinPost.com -- No updates since June, 2017.  Articles are embedded with videos from Newsweek Media Group.  The address on the Contact page is 40 Wall St., 28th Floor.

6. LatinPostCompany.com --  This isn't a standalone news site, but has general information about the Latin Post Company.  The page mentions five reporters in particular: Michael Oleaga, Robert Schoon, David Salazar, Milly Contreras, and Francisco Salazar.

7. LPCNetwork.com -- The homepage for a native advertising business.  An archived page from network.latinpostcompany.com gives a glimpse of LPCNetwork's strategy:  "LPC Network is an emerging platform that allows brands to feature their content across hispanic-centric web and mobile media properties in a real seamless and effective way."  It appears the business was re-branded as EasyNative, and the focus expanded beyond Hispanic-centric websites.

It seems kind of confusing that a company would publish multiple news sites with nearly-identical names.  (I mean, seriously, "LatinPost" and "LatinosPost"?)  Then again, I don't have any experience in terms of publishing news sites, so what do I really know?
